You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Please note: Ranisa Boutique follows a strict "No Refund" and "No Exchange" policy under any condition. All sales are final.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Shipping lead times vary depending on the complexity of the hand-embroidery and the destination of the delivery. Standard delivery within India usually takes 7-10 business days. International shipping may take 15-20 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, Ranisa Boutique is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearance processes, or natural calamities. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Ranisa Boutique pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dehradun, India. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of India. We encourage our patrons to reach out to our customer support team for amicable solutions before seeking formal resolution.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
